PC1 values across the 10% most upregulated and downregulated genes in comparisons of a myotubes vs myoblasts and b AraC-treated myotubes vs myotubes. The average PC1 enrichment per 1000 bp bin for the total number of genes in the groups is plotted ±500 kb of the gene TSS. The genomic regions encompassing the upregulated and downregulated genes, for each pairwise comparison, are enriched for positive PC1 values (e.g. reside in A compartment)
