Pairwise feature enrichment at the ends of the significant interactions in a myoblasts, b myotubes and c AraC-treated myotubes. The top 10% and bottom 10% differentially expressed genes from the myotube-myoblast comparison were tested for enrichment in their associations with epigenetic marks for Pol II, H3K4me2, H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 through significant interactions in all three conditions. The enrichment is normalized to the expected number of associations through significant interactions calculated by HOMER, and the corresponding p value is calculated by Wilcoxon signed-rank test (p < 0.001***, p < 0.01**, p < 0.05*)
