Plethysmography results in P448Lneo− (FKRP) mice, exercised P448Lneo− mice (FKRP-treadmill), and controls (BL6) at 2, 6, and 9 months of age. Respiratory rates (panel a) are significantly less in control mice compared to FKRP. Tidal volume (panel b) and normalized tidal volume (panel c) are significantly increased in controls. Minute volume (panel d) and normalized minute volume (panel e) show significant changes only at 6 months.
