  1. Morphology of total, type I, and type II myofibers of deltoid muscle samples from dermatomyositis (DM), necrotizing autoimmune myopathy (NAM), and anti-synthetase myopathy (ASM) patients evaluated using our macro run in Fiji-ImageJ. Averages of each sample were used for all, type I, and II fiber analysis. Atrophy and hypertrophy factors were computed based on a score for the fibers’ CSA size and normalized by the number of each fiber population within a section. Values are means ± SEM.
