Ibuprofen decreased migration ability of skeletal muscle cells. Skeletal muscle cells were treated with 0.05 mg/ml, 0.1 mg/ml, 0.2 mg/ml, and 0.4 mg/ml ibuprofen for 24 h. The cell migration was assessed by transwell filter migration assay. The cells migrating across the filter were stained by Liu’s stain. The cytoplasm was stained red, and the nucleus was stained blue (a). The relative percentage of the migrated cells was shown in b, and the data represented the mean ± SEM% of three independent experiments. *Mean p < 0.05 compared to the control. Scale bars, 100 μm
