Expression of MYF5 and MYOD1 are both decreased in MYF5 edited cells. Levels of MYF5 and MYOD1 in MYF5-edited cells (MYF5-KO) are shown relative to the average expression of the negative controls (NC). There is a clear decrease in expression of both genes when compared to cells transfected with the scrambled NC guide (n = 3 per condition – 1× 18M, 1× 32F, 1× 42F).
