Overexpression of p130cas enhanced cell migration and spreading. Skeletal muscle cells were transfected with a vector expressing p130cas (p130cas) or empty vector (mock). After 24 h of transfection, 0.4 mg/ml ibuprofen was added to the cells transfected with either an empty veotor (mock+Ib) or a vector expressing p130cas (p130cas+Ib) for 24 h. Western blot analysis was used for assessing p130cas expression, and GAPDH was used as an internal control (a). The relative band intensities were shown in b.
