The dashed line represents the expected 25% affected animals. See Table 1 for the 10 chemicals in plate 2 row D. Each chemical was used at 1 μM. For each treatment condition, n = 3 replicates, with 23-27 embryos in each replicate. Error bars represent standard error. Significance was determined using a Mantel-Haenszel test. **p < 0.004 compared to DMSO control
