Generation of human iPSC-myotubes. A Schematic of differentiation of human iPSC myotubes using protocol described in Chal et al. [19] and Hicks et al. [18]. Skeletal muscle progenitor cells (SMPCs) are differentiated from iPSCs and enriched by flow sorting. The SMPCs are then expanded in SKGM2 media and differentiated to form myotubes.
